[CF-metadata] [CF Metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the 9th
September 2015.
(http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html). This page
is also linked from the CF home page (http://cfconventions.org/).

Currently:

34 tickets have been accepted [green]
 3 tickets are in active discussion in the last month [yellow]
24 tickets are dormant [red]

Since the 25th June 2015 there have been three new tickets(#141, #142,
#143), one ticket has been accepted (#141) and one ticket has become
active again (#118).
