[CF-metadata] [CF Metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the 25th
June 2015.
(http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html). This page
is also linked from the CF home page (http://cfconventions.org/).

Currently:

33 tickets have been accepted [green]
 0 tickets are in active discussion in the last month [yellow]
25 tickets are dormant [red]

Since the 12th May 2015 there have been no new tickets, three tickets
have been accepted (#123, #138, #139) and three tickets have become
dormant (#82, #118, #140).
