[CF-metadata] [CF Metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the 12th
May 2015.
(http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html). This page
is also linked from the CF home page (http://cfconventions.org/).

Currently:

30 tickets have been accepted [green]
 5 ticket are in active discussion in the last month [yellow]
23 tickets are dormant [red]

Since the 21st April 2015 there have been two new tickets (#139, #140)
and three tickets have become active (#82, #118, #138).
