As you probably remember, I have quite a thorough and mostly automatic method
for parsing/constructing standard names using a lexicon and sentence patterns.
I haven't updated this to the most recent standard name table but I would offer
it as something that could help with proposing new names, especially if some
web-based tools were written to support it. The last version is
