[CF-metadata] request CF standard name forchlorophyll-aconcentration in sea water

It would seem fine to me to have standard names both for chlorophyll
generically (as we have now) and chlorophyll_a etc. specifically as required.
Different applications need different degrees of precision and standard names
can accommodate this.
