[CF-metadata] Seeking example program for storing surface obs in CF convention

Hi Don -

What language would you like to use for this? I write my NetCDF-CF
files in Matlab, but I'm guessing that's not the most common way to do it.

There's also a NetCDF email list at http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/.

Cheers - Nan
