[CF-metadata] RFMIP new variable request

Dear Dan

Thanks for your proposals. If I understand correctly, these standard_names are
like existing ones except for applying to air which contains no aerosol as well
as no cloud i.e. "clean clear sky". I appreciate that this is a neat and simple
phrase but nonetheless I think that for standard names it would be good to be
more explicit about what "clean" means. Instead of assuming_clean_clear_sky I
would therefore suggest assuming_clear_sky_and_no_aerosol, following what you
say in the definitions. Would that be OK? Does it mean absolutely no aerosol at
all of any kind in the atmosphere?

Cheers

Jonathan
