[CF-metadata] Request for new standard-name: apparent_oxygen_utilization

Three thoughts:

(1) Other suggestions for the name: oxygen_saturation_deficit_in_sea_water_per_unit_mass, or oxygen_saturation_deficit_moles_per_unit_mass_in_sea_water. (Because the following two look analogous: fractional_saturation_of_oxygen_in_sea_water (being only in different units), and water_vapor_saturation_deficit_in_air; and because might other base units also need to be differentiated?)

(2) If we really like the proposed construction, having 'from_saturation' as the final phrase feels a bit off/hard to parse. I keep wanting to say from saturation of what? Perhaps just ignorance of a non-scientist.

(3) (Just because we have not addressed this possibility explicitly.) I can imagine needing a term that really means apparent_oxygen_utilization, namely comparing an observation where oxygen is being utilized (e.g, by an organism), to a case where it is not. In which case, a definition presumably could focus clearly on that difference.
