[CF-metadata] Request for new standard-name: apparent_oxygen_utilization

I agree, Jonathan. I replied, off-list, because I was concerned that the
requested
standard name was more specific than the definition seems to warrant.
There are,
I'm supposing, other reasons why the observed oxygen would be lower
than the
saturation oxygen, other than oxygen utilization.

So, I think difference_of_oxygen* is a good choice.
