[CF-metadata] vertical dimension for subseafloor measurements

There's another option, I think. The definition for depth_below_geoid
includes
this:

' "Depth_below_X" means the vertical distance below the named surface X.'

There are no other depth_below_X variables on the list, though. In the long
run, I think we should add a mandatory 'reference surface' attribute to the
"plain" depth variable. Have we had that discussion, at least in part?
Anyway,
in the short term, maybe we should add depth_below_sea_floor - it seems
much
clearer than the existing alternatives.
