[CF-metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the 6th
June 2014
(http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html). This page
is also linked from the CF home page (http://cfconventions.org/).

Currently:

32 tickets have been accepted [green]
 1 ticket is in active discussion in the last 3 weeks [yellow]
22 tickets are dormant [red]

Since the 8th May 2014 four tickets have gone dormant (#99, #107,
#111, #112).
