[CF-metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

Apologies for missing last month's update.

The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the 8th
May 2014
(http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html). This page
is also linked from the CF home page (http://cfconventions.org/).

Currently:

32 tickets have been accepted [green]
 5 tickets are in active discussion in the last 3 weeks [yellow]
18 tickets are dormant [red]

Since the 11th March 2014 there have been three new tickets (#111,
#112, #113), one ticket has become active (#99) and two tickets have
gone dormant (#102, #109).
