[CF-metadata] Nitrate and nitrite

Hi,

There is already mole_concentration_of_nitrate_in_sea_water (mol m-3)
with the definition
"Mole concentration means moles (amount of substance) per unit volume
and is used in the construction mole_concentration_of_X_in_Y, where X is
a material constituent of Y."

So I guess it could be the same definition for
- mole_concentration_of_nitrate_and_nitrite_in_sea_water (mol m-3)
- mole_concentration_of_nitrite_in_sea_water (mol m-3)

Best regards
