[CF-metadata] Question on WKT representation of CRS

Dear Heiko and Eizi

I think it is inevitable that some things have to be named, even in metadata
which aims to be self-describing. In particular, a geoid is a detailed 2D
surface which can only be defined accurately by data, so in metadata it has
to be identified by name, if I understand correctly.
