Dear Martin

It's not really an error in the document, so I think it probably ought to be
proposed as a change, but it's a small one, so it shouldn't be difficult. Are
you willing to propose it, using the trac site and the template provided? The
proposal should state the change in wording in the CF standard document, and
a corresponding change in the conformance document, which is what the CF
checker implements. If you propose it, I'll moderate the ticket.
