[CF-metadata] Some new standard names for cloud feedback study

Dear Tomoo and Jonathan,

These names were discussed and agreed back in January and there has been
no further comment since. Therefore, they are accepted for inclusion in
the standard name table. I will append them to the list of names due to
be added on 16 June 2009.
