[CF-metadata] Trac problems. Is it just me?

Dear Roy

I haven't had the problem with things piling up in one place, but the problem
about "site not found" sounds the same as one I frequently get, and others do
as well, in various forms. Luckily when it happens to me I do not lose what
I have typed; I just go back in the browser and try to submit again.
