[CF-metadata] vertical coordinate

Dear Beate,

I don't believe this issue has been addressed yet by the convention. Clearly
you will need to save the half-level a's and b's, along with ps, but there is no
way currently to indicate that this is a hybrid sigma coordinate, but with full
level p's calculated from the half-level p's using the formula you supplied.

We'll have to give this further thought ... any suggestions out there?

Karl
