[CF-metadata] vertical coordinate

Dear member of CF community,
I got data from GCM-output to convert to netCDF with CF-standard.
The description of atmosphere_hybrid_sigma_pressure_coordinate in
model-documentation is the following:
- definition for half-integer level is (like described at
http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/cms/eaton/cf-metadata/CF-current.html#sub_app)
p(n,k-1/2,j,i) = ap(k-1/2) + b(k-1/2)*ps(n,j,i) and

-the definition for the full levels (exponential interpolation instead of
linear) is
p(k)=
exp(1/p(k-1/2)-p(k+1/2))*(p(k-1/2)*ln(p(k-1/2)-p(k+1/2)*ln(p(k+1/2))-1 for
k<k(max)
    = 1/2p(k-1/2) for k=k(max)
where p is time and location depended like above (for half-integer level).

How is the correct way to include the latter information in the
netCDF-File?

Thanks for your help,
Beate Geyer
