[CF-metadata] Standard regions for the OMIP CMIP6 request

There are two transects, for which OMIP is requesting mass fluxes using a coordinate with the standard name "region", which are not yet included in the CF standard region list:

davis_strait

gibraltar_strait


Can we add these terms?
