[CF-metadata] New standard names for MIPAS trace gases

Dear All,

At CEDA we will be archiving data from the MIPAS instrument (https://earth.esa.int/web/guest/missions/esa-operational-eo-missions/envisat/instruments/mipas). It was part of the ESA Envisat mission and detected concentrations of a number of atmospheric trace gases.

To support the archiving of this data, four new standard names are needed.

mole_fraction_of_sulfur_hexafluoride_in_air (Canonical units: 1)
'Mole fraction is used in the construction "mole_fraction_of_X_in_Y", where X is a material constituent of Y. A chemical species denoted by X may be described by a single term such as "nitrogen" or a phrase such as "nox_expressed_as_nitrogen". The chemical formula of sulfur hexafluoride is SF6.'

mole_fraction_of_carbonyl_fluoride_in_air (Canonical units: 1)
'Mole fraction is used in the construction "mole_fraction_of_X_in_Y", where X is a material constituent of Y. A chemical species denoted by X may be described by a single term such as "nitrogen" or a phrase such as "nox_expressed_as_nitrogen". The chemical formula of carbonyl fluoride is COF2. The IUPAC name for carbonyl fluoride is carbonyl difluoride.'

'Mole fraction is used in the construction "mole_fraction_of_X_in_Y", where X is a material constituent of Y. A chemical species denoted by X may be described by a single term such as "nitrogen" or a phrase such as "nox_expressed_as_nitrogen". The chemical formula for carbonyl sulfide is COS. The IUPAC name for carbonyl sulfide is carbon oxide sulfide.'

mole_fraction_of_carbon_tetrafluoride_in_air (Canonical units: 1)
'Mole fraction is used in the construction "mole_fraction_of_X_in_Y", where X is a material constituent of Y. A chemical species denoted by X may be described by a single term such as "nitrogen" or a phrase such as "nox_expressed_as_nitrogen". The chemical formula for carbon tetrafluoride is CF4. The IUPAC name for carbon tetrafluoride is tetrafluoromethane.'

There are 103 existing mole_fraction names in the standard name table and these proposals follow the established syntax. Sulfur_hexafluoride occurs in two existing names. The other chemical species are new to CF. As with many existing names, these proposals use the common name of the chemical species in the standard name itself while the chemical formula and IUPAC name (where this is different from the common name) are given in the definition.

I don't think these names are likely to be controversial so, unless any objections are received within the next seven days, I will accept them for inclusion in the standard name table.
