[CF-metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the 12th
August 2013.
(http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html). Currently:

30 tickets have been accepted [green]
 3 tickets are in active discussion in the last 3 weeks [yellow]
17 tickets are dormant [red]

Since the 28th June 2013 there has been one new ticket (#105), one
ticket's discussion has become active (#95) and one ticket's
discussion has become dormant (#102).
