[CF-metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the 20th
September 2012
(http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html). Currently:

24 tickets have been accepted [green]
 6 ticket is in active discussion in the last 3 weeks [yellow]
 9 tickets have gone dormant [red]

Since 4th September 2012, 5 tickets' dicussions have become active
again (#68, #69, #74, #90, #93).
