[CF-metadata] NCEP to CF Mapping for Layers

Hi. I know there's a document on this, but I can't find it anywhere.

I'm looking for a simple map between NCEP code (i.e. TROP) and the
corresponding CF-compliant name (i.e. Tropopause) for all the available
NCEP codes. If anyone has that document or the link, and would pass it on,
I would very much appreciate it. Thanks.
