[CF-metadata] Is the "bits" unit CF-compliant?

Many thanks - I confirm that our test file with units:bits (or one with
units:bit) now passes the CF-compliance checker.

Hi All,
I've added the unit "bit" to the appropriate xml file, so the CF Checker
on PUMA will no longer flag it as an invalid unit.
