[CF-metadata] time format

Dear all,

we would like to express the time (in MJD2000 format) associated to each
line of a netCDF product file using three integers, one for the day, one
for second, and one for microseconds. It is not very clear if CF
convention v1.4 allows to include three integers expressed in different
units in one time variable.

Could you please help us on this point ?
