This is a matter for Alison Pamment, the manager of standard names. I think
it is safe for you to assume they will be added to the standard name table if
no-one else has any comment on them soon.

Indeed, you could make a proposal there. It should be a specific proposal for
how to modify the CF standards document, using the template provided.
