[CF-metadata] defining two lat-lon grids in same file

Hi Paola,

There are no problems to having multiple lat-long grids in the same
file. The individual axes (coordinate variables) are identified as
latitudes/longitudes by their units attributes and by the optional (but
recommended) standard_name and axis attributes. Just give the multiple
latitude and longitude axes distinct varaible names and self-describing
long_names and you are on your way.
