[CF-metadata] defining two lat-lon grids in same file

Hi,

I'm new to the CF conventions,
I'll like to create a CF compliant file for some oceanographic data
where
 observational data are defined on a 97X131 lat-lon grid, and
 derived current velocity are defined on a 96X130 lat-lon grid

My question is: can two lat-lon grids co-exist in the same file and how
do I describe them?
