[CF-metadata] grid_mapping_name

There seems to be no obvious choice for grid_mapping_name for the "New
Zealad Map Grid" projection (see
http://www.linz.govt.nz/geodetic/datums-projections-heights/projections/new-zealand-map-grid/index.aspx).
Could there be a reason for adding a "Conformal (orthomorphic)"
grid_mapping_name?
