Hi Roy,

There already exists a standard name 'water_flux_into_sea_water' which is effectively water from all inputs. My proposed name only includes the P-E and the runoff from rivers. It does not include the effects of sea ice or any flux corrections. I think in this case, and comparing with other similar existing names relating to water fluxes, it is better to be explicit about what is included and what is not included.
