[CF-metadata] Projects and Groups who have adopted the CF conventions

Dear all,

We (Velimir & I) have added a page to the CF website
(http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/projects-and-groups-adopting-the-cf-conventions-as-their-standard
). It can be accessed from the 2nd sentence of the text on the CF home
page.

Please pass along any groups or projects that should be added to this
list. This list will help document the popularity and importance of CF,
and also perhaps bring some publicity to your group or project. Let me
know if you have specific suggestions for increasing the visibility of CF.
