As you know, proposals to modify the CF convention are made using the trac
system at
http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/. I'd like to remind proposers
* To use the template provided.
* That a moderator will be needed.
* That, to be agreed, proposals have to specify explicitly the changes to be
made to the text of the conventions and standards documents. (These two
documents have to be consistent.) We can't agree proposals in general terms,
only in detail!
