I think we should make it more general

"count" means "the number of occurrences of a condition specified in the
standard_name"

As you say, it is an integer. Its unit is 1. This makes a new entry in
Appendix E, I think.

Yes, I think we have to do a ticket for it, but it is a very small change
so it should not be problematic. If you propose it, I'll moderate it.
