[CF-metadata] standard name proposal for CCMVal

We put things like max/min and even variance of a parameter into attributes. The resulting values are probably less comparable to the parameter itself than some other topics that carry a different standard name.
I am somewhat afraid of a proliferation of standard names - by their length and by their number.
