I'd suggest mole_concentration instead of molar_ because we use e.g. mole_
fraction already.

I think it is appropriate to introduce this construction. Steve is right that
you can deduce it from the units of mol m-3, but the CF standard name table
always has different names for quantities with different physical dimensions
(units).

The due_to idea seems somehow related to the expressed_as issue regarding
chemical emissions, don't you think? We have not settled that yet. I wonder
if we can find a single solution for both.
