[CF-metadata] Standard name issues: spelling typo and invalid name referenced in conventions document

Dear Alison, CF list,


I've come across a couple of CF Standard Name issues:


(1) ocean_double_sigma_coordinate is referred to in the conventions document (1.7 and 1.8) as a standard_name, but it is not in the standard name list. I think the easiest approach is to add the name to the list.


(2) The term tendency_of_atmosphere_number_content_of_aerosol_particles_due_to_turbulent_depostion has an "i" missing from "deposition".
