The following new names have been added to the standard name table.
These result from requests in email threads initiated between May and
August by Beate Geyer, Alex Ruane, Nan Galbraith, Jonathan Gregory,
Jamie Kettleborough, John Stark, Mike McCann, Michael Godin and Chris
Webster. There is also a correction to the units of
surface_carbon_dioxide_mole_flux requested by Christane Textor.
