[CF-metadata] conditions of use (of data)

Dear all,

I know this is a question a lot of people don't
care about. Unfortunately, I have to care :-(

Is there a way in CF to specify any conditions
of use or restriction on the data contained in
a netcdf file ? For example, something like:

// global attributes:
        :conditions_of_use = "Data is restricted to academic users only"
or
        :conditions_of_use = "http://data.ecmwf.int/data/d/license/"
