[CF-metadata] questions about the Standard Quantities table

1. longwave_radiance is supposed to correspond to GRIB parameter 119
(LWRAD), but the units are different.

NCEP LWRAD W/m/sr 119
  Radiance (with respect to wave number)

UCAR longwave_radiance W m-2 sr-1 119
  Radiance is the radiative flux from a particular direction, per unit
of solid angle. "longwave" means longwave radiation.


2. similarly, shortwave_radiance is supposed to correspond to GRIB
parameter 120 (SWRAD), but those units are different.

NCEP SWRAD W/m**3/sr 120
  Radiance (with respect to wave length)

UCAR shortwave_radiance W m-2 sr-1 120
  Radiance is the radiative flux from a particular direction, per unit
of solid angle. "shortwave" means shortwave radiation.


the grib table is inconsistent, did you decide that it is wrong?
