Dear Simon

Thanks. I have two comments

(1) We should use longwave and shortwave instead of SW and LW, as we do in
other radiation standard names.

(2) If the forcing is not instantaneous, perhaps we should say explicitly it
is adjusted. Otherwise a plain "forcing" may be assumed to be instantaneous.
What do you think?
