[CF-metadata] Dimensionless Vertical Coordinates

thanks brian. i'll look at that doc, and probably have a few more questions soon.

I dont know how different beta 4 is from beta 3, but if they are different
enough and there is signifacant use of each, you may have to change the
Conventions="CF-1.0" string so that software can distinguish what version is used.
