[CF-metadata] Standard name and area type tables updated

Dear All,

Today the standard name table has been updated to version 50 and the area type table to version 7. The changes have not yet been published on the NERC Vocabulary Server - I will update you when this has been done. The changes are listed in full at the end of this message.

Chris Jones has been added to our list of standard name contributors: http://cfconventions.org/Data/cf-standard-names/docs/standard-name-contributors.html.

The next update to the standard name table will take place in April.

2. Modifications to definitions of existing area types
I have added the following definition to the natural_grasses area_type, taken from the EU CORINE land surface classification: "CORINE Land Cover - Part 2: Nomenclature" (https://www.eea.europa.eu/publications/COR0-landcover).
' "Natural grasses" means grasses growing in areas of low productivity, often situated on rough or uneven ground. This can include rocky areas, briars and heathland.'
