[CF-metadata] [CF Metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the ?10th
October 2017 (http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html).
This page is also linked from the? CF home page (http://cfconventions.org/).


Currently:

33?? ?tickets have been accepted [green]
2?1 ticke?ts are in active discussion [yellow]
36 tickets are dormant [red]

Since the 19th July 2017 there have been four new tickets (#163
<https://cf-trac.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/163>, #164
<https://cf-trac.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/164>, #165
<https://cf-trac.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/165> and #166
<https://cf-trac.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/166>) and two two tickets have gone
dormant (#154 <https://cf-trac.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/154>, #162
<https://cf-trac.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/162>).
