[CF-metadata] CF Standard Name Table Update

Dear All,

The standard name table has been updated with the changes listed at the end of this message.

The current version of the table is now 37, dated 16 November 2016. The links on the CF website have been updated and the standard name changes have also been published on the NERC vocabulary server.

The next update to standard names will take place on 13th December.

** This name is still subject to discussion and was published accidentally. I intended to publish the name mole_concentration_of_dissolved_inorganic_phosphorus_in_sea_water (canonical units: mol m-3) but selected the wrong one by mistake. The error will be rectified in the next update to standard names, scheduled for December 13th.

2. Aliases

Martin Juckes and Gwyn Fireman both reported a typographical error in an existing standard name. The name has now been corrected to remove a space character between the words "rate_of" and "hydroxyl" as follows:
rate_of_ hydroxyl_radical_destruction_due_to_reaction_with_nmvoc -> rate_of_hydroxyl_radical_destruction_due_to_reaction_with_nmvoc
