[CF-metadata] Suggestion for a new entry to the list of CF standard names

There are several standard_names of the form number_concentration_of_X_in_air
in m-3, so I suggest this one shoudl conform to that pattern i.e.
number_concentration_of_ozone_molecules_in_air. Would that be OK?
