[CF-metadata] altitude_above_surface?

Dear Alison,

thanks for your quick reply! I'll go with your suggestion of

   height_of_atmosphere_layer_above_surface (m)

and use this as long_name attribute (as I'm using Iris which is very
strict and doesn't accept standard_names which are not in the official
standard name table).
