[CF-metadata] New Standard Names for Satellite Data

Are these standard names acceptable:


sensor_band_central_radiation_wavelength

sensor_band_central_radiation_wavenumber

sensor_band_central_radiation_frequency

I think they are consistent with the "radiation_..." theme and still
containt "central" in them.
