[CF-metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

I have just seen that Steve has created a new ticket, so:


The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the 24th
April 2013.
(http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html). Currently:

27 tickets have been accepted [green]
 8 tickets are in active discussion in the last 3 weeks [yellow]
12 tickets are dormant [red]

Since the 25th March 2013 there have been two new tickets (#99, #100
and #101), two tickets' discussions have resumed (#74, #79) and and
two tickets' discussions have gone dormant (#97, #98).
