[CF-metadata] inclusion of GridSpec in CF?

The UGRID group has been pretty silent about, well, everything, so I'm
not sure that means much. For my part, it looked OK -- but I only took
a quick look, I"ll dig deeper to see.

But +1 on gridspec-ugrid convergence in general.
